The only Public Hearing with District Council is happening on June 24th at 7pm at District Hall – 355 West Queens Road).

THIS IS THE ONLY OPPORTUNITY THAT YOU HAVE TO COMMENT TO DISTRICT COUNCIL MEMBERS ON THE RE-ZONING AND SALE OF THE BRAEMAR SCHOOL LANDS (AND THE ASSOCIATED OCP AND BYLAW CHANGES).  COUNCIL MEMBERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO RECEIVE FURTHER SUBMISSIONS AFTER THE CLOSE OF THIS HEARING.

The sale of the land will NOT proceed if the re-zoning is denied by District Council.

Capilano Bedlam to Affect Delbrook?

As you surely know, Metro Vancouver has been working on improving the water supply.  Perhaps you didn’t know that they’re planning to severely disrupt traffic on Capilano Road from Edgemont Boulevard up to the Cleveland Dam.  We conjecture that this will mean a lot more traffic on Delbrook for the whole of 2015.
